We accept returns and issue refunds for any unopened Ol’ Gringo products or for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

• Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition — or include photo proof of damage

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

• No store credit or exchanges

• Customers cover return shipping for order mistakes or preference changes

• If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll cover return shipping

• No restocking fees
